{"id":2284,"date":"2010-04-19T04:48:12","date_gmt":"2010-04-19T09:48:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/BrandTwist.com\/?p=2284"},"modified":"2018-10-18T20:14:20","modified_gmt":"2018-10-18T20:14:20","slug":"are-you-making-the-most-of-all-touch-points","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/brandtwist.com\/blog\/brand-experience\/are-you-making-the-most-of-all-touch-points\/","title":{"rendered":"Are You Making the Most of All Touch-points?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/brandtwist.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/816_0707.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2285 aligncenter\" alt=\"816_0707\" src=\"http:\/\/brandtwist.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/816_0707-300x168.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"168\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Last week I was in London\u00a0at the Virgin Management offices in Brook Green,and as with each time I visit, I discover something new about this wonderful, quirky building which is actually a converted school house.<\/p>\n<p>This time, I noticed this sign above the toilet paper roll \u00a0in the &#8220;loo&#8221; which read &#8220;This is the only authorised Virgin rip off&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Brilliant!<\/p>\n<p>It got me\u00a0 thinking that there are so many moments when we have a somewhat &#8220;captive&#8221; audience that we are wasting an opportunity to re-inforce a\u00a0 brand message.<\/p>\n<p>In this case, Virgin&#8217;s Consumer Brand Champion message, cleverly displayed as a reminder to employees and visitors alike.<\/p>\n<p>Sometimes these &#8220;corporate mission statements&#8221; can seem heavy handed. But I think the humor in this one, and the pun with the placement, make it work.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s my point of view.
