{"id":2312,"date":"2010-04-29T10:29:30","date_gmt":"2010-04-29T15:29:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/BrandTwist.com\/?p=2312"},"modified":"2018-10-18T20:14:20","modified_gmt":"2018-10-18T20:14:20","slug":"timebentley-accountable-leadership-videos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/brandtwist.com\/blog\/social-responsibility\/timebentley-accountable-leadership-videos\/","title":{"rendered":"Time\/Bentley Accountable Leadership Videos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As many of you know last week, I had the privilege on Earth day of speaking at the Time\/Bentley Forum on Accountable Leadership.<\/p>\n<p>I enjoyed talking about Virgin&#8217;s approach which I summarized in<a href=\"http:\/\/brandtwist.com\/?p=2292\"> my post\u00a0<\/a>\u00a0last week.<\/p>\n<p>But I especially enjoyed hearing the other speakers such as Dr. Oz, Majora Carter- an environmental justice activist and terrific speaker and Margaret McKenna, the relatively new President of the Wal-Mart Foundation.<\/p>\n<p>My point of view about Wal-Mart (particularly moving forward) was turned around by Margaret&#8217;s passion and commitment and belief that as the world&#8217;s largest grocer, Wal-Mart should be doing the most to stop the issue of hunger.<\/p>\n<p>I think she&#8217;s really going to shake things up over there.<\/p>\n<p>You can watch videos of the presentation <a href=\"http:\/\/leadership-forum.bentley.edu\/2010-leadership-forum-videos\">here<\/a>. I think you&#8217;ll find them pretty compelling.<\/p>\n<p>Accountable Leadership is a critically important topic. Especially now, when so many of our business leaders seem to be letting us down.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s my point of view.
