You may think \u201cIt\u2019s all been said before\u201d or \u201cI don\u2019t want to bug my connections\u201d.<\/p>\n

But, when you share quality, relevant, timely information, your connections will love you for it.<\/p>\n

Here are 3 kinds of status updates that you can share:<\/p>\n

  1. Write a short & sweet tip that can help your audience do something. If you can direct them to your blog<\/strong><\/a> for more information \u2013 even better!<\/li>\n
  2. Share the latest article that you\u2019ve read that you just know your target audience will love. Add your own comment to share which point(s) you liked the most.<\/li>\n
  3. Announce that you will be at a particular conference and ask your connections \u201cSee you there?\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Remember to keep it professional. Don\u2019t include a Sudoku challenge or announce that you\u2019ve had a muffin for breakfast.<\/p>\n
